Adeprotur Celebrates Integral Human Development Course Finalists

On October 12, Adeprotur celebrated finalists on completing their Integral Human Development course for providing quality service. The course was focused on teaching students specific skills that would strengthen their abilities around client interaction.

Instructor Martha Beatriz Ibarra Amarillas covered several different topics over the course of 20 hours. These topics included Emotional Intelligence, Social Abilities, and The Art of Customer Service. Each topic covered key points such as the importance of harmony in personal and work environments, the emotional intelligence model, interpersonal skills, concepts and styles of leadership, the importance of teamwork in modern business, problem-solving, the characteristics of quality service, and the secrets of success, among others.

Notably, the global average score of course participants was 82.44%, placing every participant above average in topics covered. This allows Adeprotur to be assured that its partners and their teams can offer even better service than what characterizes them and has positioned members with an even higher quality standard in the industry.
