It’s that time again. Puerto Vallarta is preparing to welcome the re-opening of artisan and farmers markets. These weekly markets that are found all over Banderas Bay provide a unique shopping opportunity for those in search of fresh produce, unique Mexican and fusion foods, handmade artisan handicrafts and clothing, and other products such as organic cleaning supplies, canned foods, cheeses, and so much more!

A few of the most popular Puerto Vallarta farmers markets include:

  • The Sayulita Market: Fridays from 9am – 2pm
  • Marisol Market at the Pier: Fridays from 9:30am – 2pm
  • Olas Altas Farmer’s Market: Saturdays from 9:30am – 2pm
  • Three Hens & A Rooster: Saturdays from 9am – 1 pm
  • Cruz de Huanacaxtle Farmer’s Market: Sundays 9am – 3pm
  • Marina Vallarta Night Market: Thursdays from 6pm – 10pm

While spending time at your Puerto Vallarta timeshare this fall and winter season, we highly recommend you schedule at least one visit to one of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit’s artisan farmer’s markets. There are treasures to be found at every one of the stands incorporated in these magnificent displays of art and handiwork.
