On December 6th at the Vallarta Theater, Adeprotur’s special guests had the opportunity to enjoy INTENZZO: a motivational show that is not a play, a course nor a seminar…but all of the above. It culminates with "amazing exercises ", according to Luis Jorge, the business coach in charge.
"The work of timeshare is difficult, it requires courage and joy, and desire...Sometimes receiving hundreds of no’s and maybe’s is tiring. For that reason, I try to help the boys have faith and desire to prosper and get ahead ahead. The results that I have seen have been conclusive for many years," shared Luis Jorge.
With almost 25 years of experience in human development strategies and organizational growth, Luis Jorge is the creator of the term Psicoingeniería, and has worked with multiple companies listed at the top of the Great Place to Work Mexico ranking.
INTENZZO is the seminar leader’s new approach, in which he manages to condense the contents and experience accumulated over the years - which is usually transmitted in a two day workshop - in a two-hour "really intense" experience. To the point where some of the attendees accept the risk of walking on burning embers.
"It is stupid to walk on fire, but it is a provocation for people to give themselves permission to grow. We are all much more than we are at the moment that we are feeling fear, "commented the presenter.
On this stop on his national tour that includes 20 cities, Luis Jorge made it clear that these types of exercises have a direct impact on increasing sales, because personal development is something that all companies should take into account. "For a company to grow we have to make people great," he concluded.
