Puerto Vallarta is, without a doubt, one of the most important LGBTQ+ destinations in Mexico. Recognized worldwide for its vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches, and the warmth of its people, Puerto Vallarta has become a haven for the LGBTQ+ community.

Vallarta Pride is an annual event dedicated to honoring sexual diversity and its allies in Puerto Vallarta, and in 2023 it celebrates its tenth anniversary. It is a week-long celebration that this year will take place from May 17-28.

Pride features a variety of events including the ever-popular Street Party, art exhibits, film screenings, fashion shows, a lecture series, and, for the first time in its history, a recreational race.

One of the highlights of Vallarta Pride is the parade. Thousands of people take to the streets of Puerto Vallarta to show their support for the LGBTQ+ community. The parade is a festive and inclusive event that celebrates diversity and inclusion with colorful floats, music, and dancing.

Puerto Vallarta is also home to a thriving LGBTQ+ community and has a wide range of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants that cater to sexual diversity. The Romantic Zone is an especially popular neighborhood among LGBTQ+ travelers and is home to many of the city's gay bars and nightclubs.

Overall, Puerto Vallarta is a favorite destination for LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. Puerto Vallarta is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a fun vacation with beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
