We are timeshare owners and this was our 7th year at Velas. We love it here! The staff are professional, caring, and fun people to see everyday. The entire staff at Andreas are excellent! Omar and Brenda make everyone they greet feel welcome and like old friends. We had most if not all of the wait staff during our 3 weeks there and all were superb. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the music during dinner, the Mariachi band are always fun and the solo violinist during our last week.... excellent! Our room was kept spotless! I could go on and on, but in one word, Fantastic!!!

Excellent Quality, Facilities and Service at Almar Vacation Club!
Just returned from a visit to Puerto Vallarta where we participated in a sales presentation of this brand new fractional ownership property. We were treated extremely well by the sales rep, Ricardo. This was a NO pressure presentation with all of the details clearly explained. As a couple who loves visiting Puerto Vallarta and staying in accommodations on Los Muertos Beach 2-to-4 weeks a year, the fractional ownership in a one-bedroom condo made sense to us. While promoted as a 90-min. presentation, ours took two hours because we had many questions... all answered satisfactorily. The property manager, Alain, was also available to provide assurances and additional clarity. We felt very comfortable during the presentation and tour of the beautiful models and were given ample time to discuss the purchase privately before making the decision to purchase. We had absolutely no "buyer's remorse" and look forward to spending many vacations at this luxury property on the beach.
