As of last weekend, the hotels in Puerto Vallarta can already operate at 75 percent of their capacity in order to promote, responsibly, the tourist activity of the main destination in Jalisco.
The state government's health table has promoted different measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic with the intention of reducing the contagion and hospitalization curves as much as possible , and in its most recent meeting, based on the results that have been obtained , the measure that favors the local tourism sector was taken.
In hotels , the following measures are applied:
Common areas in closed spaces must have a maximum capacity of 25 percent of the useful surface.
Common areas in open spaces - pools - must have a maximum capacity of 50 percent of the useful surface.
The capacity of the restaurants must be a maximum of 50% capacity , or one table yes and one table no.
Closed event rooms must use only 25% of the capacity, up to a maximum limit of 200 people.
Measures were also announced for bars and clubs where the sanitary protocols validated by the Ministry of Health must be strictly applied . The capacity must be 25 percent, up to a maximum of 200 people. Once the capacity is completed, no one is allowed to enter even if space is freed.
With discipline in complying with these measures, Puerto Vallarta will continue to offer its wide range of hotels for all tastes, segments and budgets, its famous beaches, its magical sunsets, its tropical climate, a wide variety of tourist routes, as well as its renowned offer gastronomic.
DISCIPLINE IN THE PROTOCOLS
