The Festival is not only Puerto Vallarta's greatest gourmet tradition, but also a must-attend event for the more than 25,000 foodies and fine dining lovers who annually attend this unique meeting with the most prestigious culinary masters.
The 28th annual Festival Gourmet International will bring together for ten days more than 70 chefs, a selection of the 20 most outstanding wineries in Mexico and 32 of the most select restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and its metropolitan area.
A CELEBRITY CHEF CONSTELLATION
The restaurants participating in the Festival Gourmet International open their kitchens to a renowned guest chef. The guest chef is responsible for creating a special gourmet menu and tasting dinners, accompanied by an exceptional wine pairing.
In its 28 years of existence, the Gourmet Festival has brought together more than 900 Mexican and international chefs in Puerto Vallarta and has attracted more than 600 thousand foodies. As announced by the founder of the event, Chef Thierry Blouet, the 2023 program of the Festival Gourmet International in Puerto Vallarta includes a total of 13 events that will be coordinated throughout the festival.
The Festival Gourmet International includes exclusive events such as a special Mexican wine tasting, 5 chef's tables in different restaurants, a Sunday brunch by the sea, and many others, in addition to the traditional tasting dinners.

GRAND GOURMET VILLAGE / THE GREAT OPENING
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9 – 7:00PM
TIERRALUNA GARDENS, GARZA BLANCA PRESERVE
A fantastic evening where the guest chefs are the stars. A tasting menu featuring a variety of tapas arranged in "gourmet islands" and prepared by the guest chefs from over 30 participating restaurants. Paired with a selection of wines, champagnes, tequilas, and more. Live music, shows and the traditional Opening Ceremony will make for a great gourmet party. An event not to be missed!
GOURMET SAFARI PUERTO VALLARTA
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 – 4:45PM
RESTAURANTS: EL DORADO, AZAFRÁN, NOROC, CAFÉ DES ARTISTES
A four-course dining experience at four select participating restaurants located in the Romantic Zone and Downtown Puerto Vallarta. From sundown to midnight, this is one of the most popular and entertaining gourmet experiences of the festival. Includes: dinner, cava, a selection of wines and digestifs.
THE NIGHT OF STARS

CAFÉ DES ARTISTES
During a multi-course dinner paired with the best wines, the magic and culinary art of the invited chefs will enchant you. An unforgettable evening full of glamour and elegance, set to the music of a piano and a violin in one of the most enchanting gardens in Mexico. Renowned chef and owner of Café des Artistes, Thierry Blouet, will host the evening. He will be accompanied by the talented Lara Castellón and Enrique Hernández.
THE PINK DINNER

DAIQUIRI DICK’S ON THE BEACH
This is the first major LGBTIQ+ gourmet event to be held in an exclusive setting in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy a wonderful dinner prepared by the in-house chef, Wayne Elias, and his special guest at the recently renovated beachfront restaurant: Daiquiri Dicks on the Beach. THE GREAT NIGHT OF FIRE

An exquisite event in an exclusive setting on the beach in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. To close the 28th edition of the Festival Gourmet International in Puerto Vallarta, a magical dinner on the beach with a grand banquet and show is being prepared.
